Sarah Hayley Orrantia
Sarah Hayley Orrantia (born February 21st, 1994) is an American actor, singer, and songwriter. Her most well-known role is that of Erica Goldberg in the ABC comedy show The Goldbergs. She was a part of Lakoda Rayne (a country-pop girl group created by Paula Abdul in the first season of The X Factor). Her first single, "Love Sick", was released in 2015. The debut EP, The Way Out, was released in May, 2019. Orrantia began singing at the age of was nine years old and began her professional training at the age 12. When she was 13, she wrote her first single. At age 13 she composed her first cover track. She also began writing with Jamie Houston, a songwriter best known for creating hits for the Disney High School Musical movies. Orrantia took part in The X Factor in the summer of 2011. Orrantia was selected based on a YouTube video she submitted. She was awarded four "yes!" votes from the judges during a live audition in Seattle. She initially auditioned as a solo artist but, during Hollywood Week, she was joined by three other female vocalists who formed a group. They were eliminated at the conclusion of week five on the live shows.
